I used a tablespoon of wheat grass powder, for some extra fibre, vitamine C and iron.
Keep in mind that this powder gives a specific flavour to the juice, it tastes like grass!
You can always leave the wheat grass powder out.
This recipe makes about 1 litre of juice.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
1/2 fresh pineapple
juice of 1 lime
100 ml water
1 tablespoon wheat grass powder
I used a blender for this recipe.
Peel the pineapple and the kiwi and put them in the blender.
Add the water and lime juice.
I do net peel the pear, I cut it in to rough pieces and add it to the other ingredients.
Blend until you get a nice smooth juice.
Add the wheat grass powder and blend short, until mixed well.
The juice will be quite thick, you can add some extra water or apple juice until you have a texture you like.
Serve and enjoy!
