Red juice.

Vitamineboost!
A tasty, fresh and powerful juice I made with the slowjuicer.
My favorite juice colour? Dark red!

Red fruit and vegetables
This recipe makes 1 litre of juice.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
4 carrots
1 pomegranate
1 apple
100 gram blueberries
juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 raw beetroots
10 grams turmeric root
20 grams ginger root 

Red juice

I made this juice with the slowjuicer.
Wash all the vegetables and fruits.
First I chop all the ingredients and put them aside, you do not need to peel them.

Chop the carrots and beetroots in rough chunks and put in a large bowl.
Cut the core out of the apple and chop the apple in to rough chunks.
Chop the turmeric and ginger in small pieces.

For the pomegranate you will need a little bit more time.
Cut the top and bottom off. Now you will need to cut the skin of the fruit, only the fruit, not the whole pomegranate!
When you cut the skin, from one side to the other, you can pull the pomegranate apart.
Pull all the small seeds apart with your fingers, until you have all the seeds out.

Try to leave out all the white skin, this is very bitter.

Turn on the slowjuicer and press all the fruit and vegetables.
Squeeze the lemon juice in the juice, and stir.

Enjoy!
