This Breakfast is really fast, nutritious and super tasty!
I eat this at least once a week!
This recipe makes one portion.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 banana
150 ml yoghurt (I use low fat yoghurt, but you can also use full fat)
100 gram blueberry's (frozen or fresh)
2 tablespoons of granola (I use sugarfree granola)
For this recipe I use a blender.
Add banana, yoghurt and the blueberry's. Blend until you have a smooth substance.
If you use frozen blueberry's the substance will be a little bit thicker, I love this, because it feels like having ice cream for breakfast.
Serve in a tall glass and scoop the granola on top. Eat with a long spoon.
