Healthy chocolate shake!

This chocolate shake is super yummy and nutritious.
You can have this shake for breakfast, lunch or afternoon treat.

I used oat-bran for this shake.
Oat-bran is the bran of the oats. I use this because this is a good way to add some more fibers to the shake.
Oat-bran are good against high cholesterol and good against constipation.
The carbs in the oat-bran are hypoglycemic, this means you will be satisfied longer and you will get a well dosed portion of energy.

Healthy chocolate shake.

This recipe makes 2 large chocolate shakes.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

200 ml oats milk
2 bananas
1 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons oat-bran
2 cubes dark chocolate

For this recipe I use a blender.
Add the oats milk, banana, cocoa powder and the oat-bran. Blend until smooth and foamy on top.
Serve in to large glasses and grate the dark chocolate on top of the shake.

You can soak the oat-bran in a little bit of water, for an hour, to make them softer.
You can also leave them out, the shake we be a little less nutritious, but still really tasteful.
