A little quick recipe for today.
I was craving for a liquid breakfast, but dairy can be heavy on my stomach in the morning.
I used oats milk instead.
I used strawberries and cherries, but you can add any fruit you like!
This recipe makes two milkshakes.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
250 grams strawberries
150 grams cherries
250 ml oats milk
I used a blender for this recipe.
Rinse the strawberries and remove the green. Put them in the blender.
Rinse the cherries and take out the stones. I do this with a little knife. Put the cherries in the blender.
Peel the banana and add.
Add the oats milk and blend for 2 minutes on a medium speed.
The milkshake is ready when it starts foaming.
Serve in a fun glass and enjoy!
